Floor Yoga helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow practice centers around control and precision, with a diversity of poses and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. You will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while remaining mindful throughout your day.

Contemplative Movement, as taught by Rosanna, is based on the Chinese practice of Qigong. Qigong's great appeal is that anyone can enrich their lives by adopting it into their daily routine--regardless of ability, age, belief system, or life circumstances.
