Floor Yoga

Floor Yoga helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow practice centers around control and precision, with a diversity of poses and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. You will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while remaining mindful throughout your day.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga brings the benefits of strength training, balance work, and increased flexibility. This class also helps improve reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried chair yoga describe feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts demonstrated by an enhanced ability to solve problems and better recall of information.
